I love my reformer!  I’ve been using it daily and I’m amazed at the little changes that have already occurred!  I’ve been recommending Pilates to my patients with chronic pain.

I signed up with my new Flexia reformer! I love both!!! I have enjoyed all the classes that I have done so far. I discovered that I really like the shorter classes even more than I thought, because I will convince myself to just jump on the reformer for a “quickie”, and then end up doing more!!!

I have been looking at reformers for a while. I was going to purchase the reformer rx but the fixed screen bothered me. I started my practice 25 years ago and am thrilled to have a reformer in my home to meet my schedule and mood . I am very excited my order has shipped and I can't wait to try it out!
