I’m 71 and bought this for my next decade of life. What a perfect investment. It is beautiful, so well made and the classes are abundant and quite a challenge! I can see doing this well into my 80’s. I picture myself walking upright, with good core strength and balance well into my later years. I cast to my TV and this works great but I haven’t figured out the MQS feature yet.
I’ve attended Pilates at a small studio for about 2 years and wanted to buy a reformer for home use that felt similar to the Allegro 2 I am accustomed to. I can not say enough good things about this reformer, and all of the accessories. I love everything about it. I enjoy seeing how well I do each time I do a video so I know where I need to improve.
