Returns/Exchanges
We are not able to accept returns for Apparel & SWAG products.
However, we will happily accept a one-time exchange if our sizing wasn’t quite right. Simply send us an email to hello@flexiapilates.com and we will exchange your item for the correct size. Exchanges must be made within 20 days of purchase and are only valid for the same color/style of merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Product
If a product was shipped with a defect or damaged during shipment, we will send you a replacement. For damaged or defective products, please email clear photos of the damaged product to our Customer Service Team at hello@flexiapilates.com within 20 days of your product delivery and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP.
