Our Mission

Flexia helps people achieve their health and wellness goals by making Pilates on a Reformer easily available.

We believe that mindful movement is integral to creating and sustaining an active, happy lifestyle.  We want to make exercise enjoyable and help people feel confident in their bodies. We do this by providing an energizing and low-impact way of working out at home on a Pilates Reformer.

Our Team


Kaleen Canevari


Flexia was founded by Kaleen Canevari, a certified Pilates instructor and mechanical engineer. She is a Pilates industry authority, having worked for a major Pilates equipment manufacturer, taught Pilates, and run her own Pilates equipment maintenance business, The Fit Reformer, for over 5 years.

Before joining the Pilates industry, Kaleen worked in product development in the automotive and medical device industries for several years.

Nikki Naab-Levy


Nikki has a dual degree in exercise science and journalism, which she’s leveraged to become a fitness marketing and PR expert.  She has a track record of running multiple successful personal fitness brands from behind-the-scenes, and currently runs her own online studio and business coaching service.  She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, licensed massage therapist, and certified personal trainer.

David Ducrest


David is currently the Production Director at ExploreLearning, an educational software company.  He is a veteran of the software startup world, serving as the CTO of Cogent Education when it was acquired by ExploreLearning in 2017.  David has a BS and MS in Computer Science, co-invented a patented real-time assessment tool, and was the principal investigator of a NSF SBIR grant (Phase I and II).
