Ever wanted to breakdown or tackle an infamous Pilates exercise?

Struggle no further. In Skill Based classes, we break down a specific Pilates movements such as Teaser, Star, or Short Spine.

We start by warming up, adding in layers and progressions, and end in our peak position of the exercise. These classes are not about being perfect, or trying to hit a pose at all costs. They're about digging into your practice, and finding options that work for your body in the most common, and often challenging, exercises.
